General Policy
All purchases on GuruPDF — including subscription plans and credit bundles — are generally considered final. We encourage you to explore our free tools before upgrading so you can be confident in your purchase.
Free Services
The majority of our PDF conversion and editing tools are free to use with daily credits. No payment is required, so no refund applies.
Credit Purchases
Credits purchased through our platform are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan until then. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Exceptions
We understand that things don't always go as expected. In the following circumstances, we're happy to review your case:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical billing error.
- A paid feature was completely non-functional for an extended period and we were unable to resolve the issue.
To request a review, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] with your order details. We'll review your request and get back to you within 5 business days. Each case is reviewed individually.
Chargebacks
We always prefer to resolve concerns directly. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before reaching out to us, it may result in your account being suspended. Please contact us first — we're here to help.
